8/6/2012: SHBC has a new committee! Congratulations to everyone who was elected. Feel free to contact anyone on the committee if you have a query.
15/10/2012: It's a bumper year for new acquisitions this time round, as SHBC purchase a new 4+. Basic Instinct is a bow-coxed IV, and is considerably nicer than our existing four.
3/10/2012: We're pleased to announce the acquisition of our new novice 8+, the Tony Lemon! It may be an aged Empacher, but it's still yellow! Yellow boats go faster, don't you know. See Facebook/Twitter (buttons are on the top right) for photos.
28/11/2012: Sarah Outen Dinner was a resounding success, a hugely enjoyable evening for both current students, alumni and all others. More information on the past events page.
17/11/2012: Fantastic day of racing at Nephthys Regatta, with one of our women's novice VIIIs reaching the semi-finals and our senior men's IV going against all the odds to take out Brasenose MA in the first round. See past events for more details.
04/12/2012: New men's blades purchased from Eton Excelsior RC. These will soon become our M2 blades, filling a rather urgent gap in our blade situation.
16/01/2013: A very warm welcome to our new Women's Social Secretaries, Georgia Comrie and Poppy Ellison, and Alex Kirri, our new Charities and Publicity Secretary!
22/02/2013: W2 qualify for torpids at rowing on, pulling the 5th fastest time of all the women's crews racing.
16/02/2013: Boat club day out to our TOP SECRET training location. Big thanks to those who made it happen, you know who you are.
06/03/2013: Congratulations to our new captains, James Van Horne and Oliver Bishop for the men, and Georgia Comrie and Poppy Ellison for the women!
25/04/2013: We have a full committee again! Congratulations to Rebecca Pullon, Tom Bladon, Rachel Holmshaw and Pippa Keane, who take up the positions of secretary, men's social sec, and women's social secretaries respectively.
18/08/2013: Congratulations to all crews who took part in Oxford City Royal Regatta and Sprint. A wonderful end to an equally wonderful year.

30/11/2013: No floods this year! A brilliant performance from all our novices at Christ Church Regatta with two crews making it through to the final 16. Thank you to all those who volunteered their time to coach and cox them.
30/11/2013: And what better way to conclude Christ Church Regatta than with Christ Church Curry?! Fantastic end to a successful Michaelmas term. Our thanks go to Rachel Holmshaw and Venkat Kondragunta for pulling the event together.
